Watercolor Florals - Pinkfresh Card

Good morning! I love a good floral - especially if watercolors are involved - and this new set from Pinkfresh Studio stamps is full of lovely florals that are perfect for watercoloring! This was also on display at Creativation.

This card was so simple and easy to make. I used my MISTI to stamp and get a great impression of the largest floral image from Fleur 1 on my watercolor paper, then colored it in with my Daniel Smith watercolors.

I used some of the extra paint to add some splatters, and added a sentiment from Word Series: Thanks. Trimmed it to a little smaller than an A2 panel, and mounted on a Simon Says Stamp Sea Glass Cardbase.

  1. Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
