Hello! I'm stopping by to share a card using the Cherished release from Simon Says Stamp that just released! I had fun combining a couple new stamp sets with a couple dies from previous releases for my simple color combo on this card!
I started off with some Neenah Desert Storm cardstock, and heat embossed a bunch of the floral images from the new Summer Flowers stamp set in white. I added some distress inking around the edges with Antique Linen distress ink, then added some splatters of Gold Watercolors and thinned down white paint. I die cut some white Basic Circles to create a bit of a focal point, then stamped and heat embossed my sentiment from the new Thoughtful Messages on a black Basic Banner. I layered them all together, then added some machine stitching around the edges and a few Pretty Pink Posh gold sequins to finish it off. I love how simple and elegant this stamp set can be - so fun!
